Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been accepted, you can return the package on your own with a parcel service of your choice . You will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package. Unless otherwise stated, the costs and risks of returns are borne by the customer. So make sure that you package the package carefully and - if desired - send it insured. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect product. Then we can solve the problem quickly.

Exception from right of return

Printers can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and the seal (seal stickers) is completely intact. Once the seal is broken or the printer is plugged in, it is no longer considered new. With dye sublimation printers, internal components such as the thermal print head can show signs of wear immediately after use , meaning the device can no longer be sold as new. This leads to a complete reduction in value, making returns not possible.

Consumables such as printing paper can only be returned if the packaging has remained unopened and undamaged.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

When we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
